Making a purchase
1. Browse for all hot items on this blog. Choose your item and read carefully the labels and details.
2. To make purchase, go to order form and enter the required details needed. Click 'Submit'.
Your order has been placed!
3. Your order will be process within 24 hours. We will email you an Invoice together with our Bank Account Number. If you are not receiving confirmation email from us within 24 hrs, kindly notify us through email.
4. Please make the payment within 2 days and email us the details of the payment.
5. After the payment has been confirmed, your item will be sent the next working day.
*Please ensure that item, colour, size, quantity and address are correct before making full payment.
Shipping Fee
Price shown on the website is inclusive of the shipping fee within Malaysia, unless otherwise stated.
Exchanges/Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us based on the following terms:
1. All returns must be returned in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
2. Returned items must reach us within 7 days from the date we deliver to you.
3. All items returned (including faulty items) without abiding by the above terms will not be
accepted.
4. All items on sale are not entitled for return nor exchange.
5. You must return via Poslaju or any other courier service only.
Both the return charges and the re-delivery charges shall be borne by you. However, if the return is due to defect item, all these charges will be borne by us. You are encouraged to check with us should you have any doubts in choosing your sizes.
